Dan was an absolute joy to work with. From the beginning he listened to our desires, concerns, questions and comments. Having had a bad experience with a previous contractor, it was difficult to take the leap and trust another company but Dan made it easy. He worked with us on getting our design exactly the way we wanted (changing it multiple times) and was respectful through the whole process. At the end he listened to our concerns about the finishing touches and came back to address them all. His crew was respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The final product was exactly what we wanted.

We needed 4 flower beds paved. Dan gave us a very fair quote. His crew was very professional and their attention to detail was noticeable. Very happy with the finished product and we will use them for future projects.

We contracted Land Escapes LLC to design and build a stone patio with landscaping . Dan proposed a design with a plan, sketch, materials and cost that was creative and artistic for our needs and budget. They performed exactly to the plan and more. Gene did an amazing job with our front and side yard landscaping. He respected our wishes and made some amazing recommendations for our yard we would never have identified on our own. I would like to say that the overall experience with Land Escapes and specifically Dan was nothing short of remarkable. They bring a lot to the table because if you are unsure of your exact design or what would fit best in your yard, Dan will present design options. What he came up with for us was fantastic! He's a true artist. He was incredibly flexible and very willing to work with us and our timeline. He and his staff are very professional. They even came out one day knowing it was going to rain in the afternoon. Even with half a day of work, they got a tremendous amount of work done and you can tell they really take pride in their work. When our project started, I informed him that we will also be having a screened-in porch installed at the same time. He said no problem and worked directly with the contractor to seamlessly connect the patio with the screen-in porch by adding a set of stairs. During the entire length of the project he kept us posted and gave a lot of great suggestions like adding lights that changed the entire look of our patio and allowed us to enjoy it both day and night. I can't recommend Land Escapes enough.

Land Escapes has done a great job at my home! They helped me to plan hardscaping in my back yard, then they built a patio and retaining walls. They turned out beautifully. They also have laid wood chips and mulch annually. I wouldn't choose any one else to do yard work at my home! It is very easy to communicate with them.

I can't tell anyone enough about how great Dan and his team are. They came right out for an estimate and started the very next day. They had my porch project done in just a few days. I am not the proud owner of a beautiful back yard patio that my family and friends can enjoy. Dan's team was extremely professional, was sent pictures of the progress wince I was not able to be around for it, and answered any questions I had promptly. Thank you again for the great work. I can't wait to have my first get together!!!

Dan and his crew did an amazing job transforming our very old (and unsafe) brick porch into a beautiful porch we are proud of! He provided me with schematics to send to HOA and had lots of great suggestions for color choices. Great communication throughout the project and his crew worked swiftly and diligently even staying late one evening to get the project finished before the rain came. We will definitely call on him and the LandEscapes LLC crew for future projects.

Dan and his team removed and replaced our deck including removal of our old hot tub. Their workmanship is top notch and they handled our unique layout challenges with great solutions. We LOVE our dry creek installed by Land Escapes LLC! Dan and his crew took our “mud creek” and created a functional dry creek for storm water management and it is a beautiful creation. The highest compliment we can give is we asked Dan to visit my sister so he could help her with her landscaping issues and problems. Land Escapes LLC is now our family landscaper.

This is our second time working with Dan and his Land Escapes team, and once again, we're very pleased! Our backyard needed a refresh, but my husband and I weren’t sure what to plant or how to reshape the space. Dan came by, offered great suggestions for shade-friendly, deer-resistant, and fast-growing plants, all within our budget. The crew came out the next week and did an amazing job. They even went the extra mile, using leftover mulch to tidy up additional areas around the house. We’ll definitely be recommending Land Escapes to anyone in need of landscaping services!

Dan Hancock is awesome. His design ideas were great. he answered all my questions and followed up as needed. The work team came as promised and accomplished all of the work in two days. I had my entire front landscaped and now it is maintenance free. The patio in the back is awesome and I am sure I will use it. Thank you, Dan and the team. Everything is outstanding!!! I recently had the pleasure of working with Land Escapes on two projects, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They first paved my backyard and installed a beautiful fire pit, and just recently, they updated my front porch with pavers.
